Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our apps.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and use our mobile applications for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the app materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the apps
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our apps:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the apps
• To collect or track personal information of others without consent

Intellectual Property

The apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our apps, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the apps will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
